Belluzzo joined Innogest, one of Agroils backing partner, in 2017 as a full time partner, with a leading operational role in the investment team. Born in San Francisco, Belluzzo has developed his career at the highest level in the field of global technological innovation. He worked for Hewlett-Packard for 23 years, becoming executive vice president of the entire Computer Business, then he served as Chairman and CEO at Silicon Graphics. He then became the head of Microsoft’s consumer business and eventually became President and Chief Operating Officer of the Seattle Group. Before joining the startups’ ecosystem, he served as CEO in several leading hi-tech company, in particular as CEO at Quantum and more recently as CEO and Chairman in Viavi Solution (NASDAQ: VIAV).

Dr. Srinivasan Ramachandran
PhD Biochemistry with Plant Molecular Biology at University of Idaho, US. In 1993 at Institute of Molecular and Cell Biology and then at Institute of Molecular Agrobiology, SG, where he headed the group of Rice Functional Genomics. Since 2002 at Temasek Life Sciences Laboratory, SG and since 2007 with Center for Bioenergy Plants, at Institute of Botany, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Beijing, China.
As investor and management consultant, Aurelio has helped many technology companies succeed, be them established firms and startups alike. Aurelio has recently been managing director at Italian Angels for Growth (IAG). Previously he had co-founded the venture capital activity of IMI Fondi Chiusi, where he was member of the investment committee and investment director of its Atlante Ventures flagship fund. He also worked for the merchant banking division of Intesa Sanpaolo, while he gained exposure to international management at International Finance Corporation in Paris and Washington DC and in the Gemini Consulting/Cap Gemini global consulting practice. Specifically, he has led more than 20 startup investments in the digital and medical spaces, including Silicon Biosystems, named “2013 Italian Private Equity deal of the Year ” by AIFI He is also a regular contributor to conferences and academic courses on entrepreneurship and finance (SDA Bocconi e Boccony University, 2013, 2014). Graduated cum laude in 1994 from BOCCONI University, he holds a MBA from INSEAD.
